Simply mix all ingredients  to cook over a slow process dum, trapping steam to get the aroma and flavor  to taste, mix all the ingredients mentioned.

Dum Chicken Biryani Restaurant Style
  •  Hyderabadi-Chicken-Biryani-Recipe Ingredients To make 1kg Restaurant Style
  • 4 Elaichi
  • 4 Lavang (clove)
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 2 Star anise
  • 1/4 spoon Shahi jeera(caraway) 
  • 3 Dalchini (Cinnamon)
  • 4 Whole Black pepper 
  • 2 Tea spoons of Dagad Phool (Biryani Phool)
  • Make all above ingredients powder in the mixer 
  • Add 2 Table spoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 Table spoons of Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 to 4 Whole green chilles
  • Mint leaves a bunch
  • Lime Juice (3 lemons)
  • 2 Table spoon Ginger Garlic past
  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 2 Table spoons of fried onion (fry the onions until it gets golden brown and crispy)
  • 1/2 spoon China salt(optional)

 Hyderabadi-Chicken-Biryani-Recipe follow step by step as below
  • Mix with Chicken all the above ingredients over night  keep in the refrigerator or if not possible,  mix at least two hours before making the biryani. Soak 1kg Basmati Rice, boil water  add some drops oil, add whole garam masala(ealichi,lavang,cloves,sajeera,bayleaf) cook the rice half boiled Drain the water from the rice ( keep 1cup of boiled rice water aside add 2 teaspoon of ghee in it)
  • Take out the marinated chicken from the refrigator and lay the marinated chicken at the bottom of The pan, add the half boiled rice on the top of the rice 
  • At the top of the rice add rice boild water 1cup which we had kept aside, and add saffron mixed milk on it
  • Add onions fry on the top
  • Cover pan with lid and stick the lid with a wheat flour dough around and see that air will not pass from inside to out side of the pan
  • Cook 10 minutes on high flame and  remove the pan from the stove and place a tawa on the stove and place pan on it and cook 5 minutes on high flame and 20 minutes on lower flame turn off the stove and keep a side for 15 minutes and its ready
